OBJECTIVES BACKGROUND The importance of developing ICV in Nama Group: Aligning with national objectives: • Develop Human Resources • Upgrading Omani Skills • Develop the private sector • Encourage economic diversification • Enhance the standards of living in Oman Nama Group-Main sponsor for two years: Participation of more than 130 student companies, more than 1400 students and more than 260 Nama staff volunteered as mentors for the student companies nationwide. Formed partnerships with industry leaders to maximize the Return on Investment that benefits to achieve 142 million OMR of a 3 years contract that was signed with Omani companies to provide cables and conductors. Established the Nama Institute for Competency Development (NICD) Anticipate tomorrow’s business needs for technical and general training that help raising Omanization rates of more than 91% including C-Level. 142 million OMR 91% Omanization
