In August 2018 we are opening an Audit Delivery Centre (ADC) in our Tartu office. The ADC will be a part of our audit function that will provide high-quality professional support to KPMG’s auditors in Estonia and Finland. We are currently recruiting: Head of Tartu Audit Delivery Centre You will be responsible for: Leading of the ADC team (10+ employees) and deliverables Providing support and regular hands on trainings for ADC team Performing the quality review of the ADC deliverables Identifying and driving improvements within ADC scope Handling inquiries from KPMG Finland and Estonia and from other internal customers Ensuring performing and reporting on ADC activities in accordance with set KPIs Building positive working relationships between ADC and KPMG Leading by example following KPMG values in every day work KPMG Baltics is a part of large network of professional services firms operating in 154 countries and in total of 197 000 employees. In Estonia we have a strong team of 150 members and we are operating in Tallinn and recently opened our office in Tartu. We provide professional services in Audit, Tax and Advisory. We expect you to have: A degree in Business administration, accountancy qualification or similar Leading experience Experience in building up new service or function Fluency in English, both verbal and written Beneficial would be previous experience in audit, Big4 background, Finnish language knowledge and international qualification in finance (ACCA, CIMA or similar). We are looking for a person who is a team player, has excellent leadership skills and an international mindset. You work proactively, are analytical and quality oriented. What KPMG has to offer?
