Programme Director November 22, 2011
Dear Sir/Madam,
Programme on
Improving Work Culture
February 2-4, 2012
No matter how fun the work itself may be, it can be made miserable with a hostile environment.
And no matter how boring or tedious the work may be, it can be made enjoyable with a positive
environment. But real change can only take place when perspectives are changed. Work culture
plays an important role in organization performance and success.
Keeping these issues in mind, we at Centre for Organization Development, have designed a
programme titled as ‘Improving Work Culture’ from February 2-4, 2012. The Programme is designed
to understand the pointers, behaviors and practices that help improve work culture.
A copy of the Programme brochure, which explains the contents and objectives of the programmeis enclosed, for your perusal. If any additional information about the programme is required,
please feel free to contact us.
The last date for the receipt of nominations is January 25, 2012. Nominations for the programme
may be made in the enclosed form. Photocopies of the form are also acceptable in case you
would like to nominate more than one person from your organization. The form can also be
accessed from our website.
Thanking you for your interest and support for the Executive Development Programmes of the
Centre.
Yours faithfully,
YVV Raghava
