for the residents• Parking is an ongoing issue – unorganized, unenforced, and lacks emergency

access• Consider field layout for multiple sport uses, but Baseball/Little League/Softball

should remain the primary use • Improve field drainage and/or Synthetic Turf surfacing• Interested in the addition of a Challenger League ball field• Modernize sports lighting • Sport equipment storage should remain• Imaginative and interactive playground with increased accessibility
