Q. How long will one container of RapidLash® last?A. Applied once daily and used according to directions to

targeted area, RapidLash® should last approximately 2 months.

Q. How long does it take to see an improvement in the appearance of my lashes?

A. Our Consumer Research has shown that you will start seeing improvement in the appearance of your eyelashes in as little as 4 weeks.

Q. Is RapidLash® safe to use on the delicate skin close to the eyes?

A. Yes. RapidLash® has been ophthalmologist-tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the formulation. If you suspect an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult with your physician immediately.

Q. What if I forget to apply RapidLash® at night?A. If you forget and skip an application in the evening, apply

Q. Does using RapidLash® twice a day obtain faster results?A. No. RapidLash® is designed to help deliver gorgeous-looking lashes

with just a once a day application and additional daily applications are neither necessary nor recommended.

Q. Is it normal to experience some tingling on my lash line when I apply RapidLash®?

A. Some consumers have reported experiencing a mild sensation upon application. It should improve within a few minutes and with continuous use you should no longer experience this mild tingling. If the tingling persists or the sensation is associated with redness and/or irritation, discontinue use and consult with your physician.

Q. What happens if I stop using RapidLash®?A. Once you have achieved the desired appearance of lashes a

maintenance application of 2-3 times a week is recommended to continue to enhance your lashes to keep them healthy and conditioned.

Q. Can men use RapidLash®?A. The product is unisex and the formula is clear and transparent which

makes it ideal for men to use as well.

Q. Can I use RapidLash® on my lower lashes?A. Yes. However, use greater care when applying to lower lash line to

avoid direct contact with the eye.

Q. Can I apply make up or other cosmetics when using RapidLash®?A. Yes, apply RapidLash® first on clean dry skin and let the serum

Q. Can I use RapidLash® while I have eyelash extensions?A. Yes. Rapidlash® is formulated with a blend of nourishing ingredients

Q. My husband noticed that my lashes seemed darker after using RapidLash® for just a few weeks. Is that possible?

A. The product is clear and transparent in its formulation. Due to the improved healthy appearance, the lashes may look more defined.

Q. Can I use RapidLash® if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?A. We recommend that you consult with your physician before using if

you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Q. Where do I find the expiration date for RapidLash®?A. Every RapidLash® is stamped with a manufacture date MFG month and

year on the bottom of every tube. An unopened RapidLash® has an expiration date three years from the MFG date. For example, if the bottom of the tube is stamped 01/14, then the product expiration date is 01/17.

If the RapidLash® tube is opened, the product should be used within 12 months. This is indicated by a universal symbol of an open cosmetic jar with 12M (12 months) located on the back right hand corner of the RapidLash® unit carton.
