The Transmission

The transmission along the Z axis is presented by a precision ball screw with working stroke that is 100mm.

The movement of oscilla�ng knife and the tangen�al one is being realized by a high-speed servomotor.

The transmission along the axis X, Y1, Y2 is presented in the form of high-precision baseless gear rack and pinions.

The portal and pla�orm movements along the axis X, Y1, Y2 are being done with accurate micro stepping motors or high-speed servo motors.

Along the axis Y1 and Y2 is made a system that stabilizing the movements on a rack, excluding the load on the transmission and backlash in the unevenness of the rela�ve posi�on of the gear and the rack. The floa�ng suspension of the stabiliza�on mechanism presses the gear to the rail with the necessary force, with choosing the backlashes. Thereby, with making

Le caratteristiche contrattive della macchina

• Il piano di lavoro è installato su di un tavolo, composto da una robusta cornice d’acciaio•un rivestimento di alluminio con una camera sottovuoto• Il tavolo di lavoro è attrezzato con un substrato di gomma PVC ed il rivestimento ditaglio PAD. The professional scalable controller that is used in BIGZEE cu�er collec�on allows to solve the most hard tasks. Dis�nc�ve features of the so�ware interface are:

� Running a file from any line � Automa�c full diagnos�cs of machine at power-up � Command line � The displaying the G-code during the usage, checking out the G-code, correc�on
