For a period of one year from the date of delivery to theoriginal purchaser (as shown on the original invoice orsales receipt), CRAAFT AUDIO GmbH warrants to theORIGINAL OWNER of each product (provided it waspurchased at an authorized NOVA Dealer) that it is freeof defects in materials and workmanship and that eachproduct will meet or exceed all factory publishedspecifications for each respective model. NOVA agreesto repair or replace (at its discretion) all defective partsat no charge for labor or materials; subject to followingprovisions:

NOVA shall take no responsibility for repair or replacementas specified under this warranty, if the damaged producthas been subject to misuse, accident, neglect or failureto comply with normal maintenance procedures; or if theserial number has been defaced, altered or removed.Nor will NOVA accept responsibility for, or resulting from,improper alterations or unauthorized parts or repairs.This warranty does not cover any damage to speakers orany other consequential damage resulting from breach ofany written or implied warranty. NOVA will remedy anydefect, regardless of the reason for failure (except asexcluded) by repair, or replacement. NOVA will remedythe defect and ship the product within a reasonabletime after receipt of the defective product at an authorizedNOVA Service Center. In the case that an NOVA productrequires service, the owner must contact NOVA or anauthorized NOVA Service Center to receive an R.A.N.(Return Authorization Number) and instructions on howto return the product to the authorized NOVA ServiceCenter, or to the factory. NOVA (or its Authorized ServiceCenter) will initiate corrective repairs upon receipt of thereturned product. Please save original carton and all thepacking materials in case shipping is required. Allproducts being returned to the factory or service centerfor repairs must be shipped pre-paid.

If the repairs made by NOVA or the authorized NOVAService Center are not satisfactory, the owner isinstructed to give written notice to NOVA. If the defector malfunction remains after a reasonable amount ofattempts by NOVA to remedy the defect or malfunction,the owner shall then have the option to elect either arefund or replacement of said NOVA product free ofcharge. The refund shall be an amount equal to butnot greater than the actual purchase price, not includingany taxes, interest, insurance, closing costs and otherfinance charges (minus reasonable depreciation on theproduct). If a refund is necessary, the owner must makethe defective or malfunctioning product available toNOVA free and clear of all liens or other restrictions.NOVA reserves the right to modify or change equipment(in whole or part) at any time prior to delivery thereof, inorder to include therein electrical or mechanicalimprovements deemed appropriate by NOVA; but withoutincurring any liability to modify or change any equipmentpreviously delivered, or to supply new equipment inaccordance with any earlier specifications.

Verkabelung undInbetriebnahme

Stellen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres LION SeriesLautsprechers sicher, dass die Netzspannung mitder auf dem Bedienfeld des aktiven Lautsprechersübereinstimmt (Toleranz +/- 10% zulässig). SchaltenSie Ihren LION Series Lautsprecher erst ein, wennSie das Stromkabel mit dem Stromnetz und demLautsprecher verbunden haben. Trennen das Strom-kabel erst wieder, wenn Sie den Lautsprecher vorherausgeschaltet haben. Alle weiteren Anschlusskabelaller Eingänge und Ausgänge sollten nur beiausgeschaltetem System ein- oder ausgestecktwerden. Achten Sie stets auf intakte, abgeschirmteKabel. Beschädigte oder falsche Kabel könnenStörgeräusche oder Schäden am Systemverursachen. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Kabel vor jederAnwendung auf einwandfreien Zustand.

Die verwendeten Kabel sollten wie folgt beschaltetsein, um einem einwandfreien Betrieb zugewährleisten:

Cabling an firstSetup

Make sure that the voltage of your power wall socketfits to the voltage requirements of the LION seriesspeaker (+/- 10%) before switching on the system.Connect the LION series speaker only with theoriginal power mains cable to the wall socket beforeswitching on the system. Disconnect the speakerfrom the wall socket / mains supply, if the systemhas been switched off. All other cables (XLR)should be connected or disconnected only ifthe speaker is switched off. Use shielded cablesonly. Do not use damaged cables. Damaged orwrong type of cables could destroy parts or thewhole system. Check your cables before you usethe system.
