Candidates have been shortlisted for written proficiency test
(Salary grade B & C)basis their qualification, skills set and
relevant Industry Experience as declared in
the online application for respective position.
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Written
Proficiency Test
The Written Proficiency test will assess the candidates on their
basic qualification,application of skills set and Industry
Experience areas.
Written Proficiency test for all the positions will be conducted
at Delhi,Visakhapatnam, Kolkata and Mumbai. Based on the
communication address
mentioned in the online application form, the shortlisted
candidates are allotted
written test centre and are informed by email.
If candidate wish to change the alotted centre, he / she may
write to us [email protected] latest by 5 pm on 11th July12.

Please note any request for change of Written Proficiency test
centre received afterabove mentioned date & time, will not be
entertained.
The admit card will be made available for downloading on our
website from 14thJuly12 (Saturday) from 17.00 hrs.
Reimbursement of 2nd class rail fare or equivalent by the
shortest route toexamination centre is admissible for outstation
SC, ST & PWD candidates appearing
for written test, provided the distance travelled is not less
than 30 kms. Candidates
requesting for change in centre, will be reimbursed 2nd class
rail fare or
equivalent, not exceeding the fare between communication address
and earlier
allotted centre. The candidates will be required to fill in the
Travel Allowance (TA)
Form as detailed on HPCL website and submit it alongwith Travel
Proof of travel
undertaken and SC/ST/PWD certificate (as applicable) on the date
of Written
Proficiency test. This reimbursement is not applicable to
candidates who are already
in Central/State Government Services/PSUs.

In case the candidates have submitted multiple (more than one)
applications forsame position & grade, he may receive multiple
admit cards, in that case the
candidate is advised to appear against one of the valid admit
card and surrender theother admit card to the Examination
Co-ordinator (Invigilator) by bringing the
same to his/her notice.
On verification of address and uploaded photographs it is
observed that some of theapplications were dummy entries and hence
these applications stands cancelled.
Please note that no further admit cards will be generated for
those applications.
