Nick Champion is delighted to have been instructed to hold this dispersal sale on behalf of Neil Harris who has decided to retire from farming and surrender his tenancy after 36 years at Finchers Farm.

The sale for Neil Harris focuses on grassland machinery and sheep equipment, including a good range of stock trailers, Zetor 5748 tractor, Quadzilla 500e quad bike and Mitsubishi L200 pickup.

The sale will also include entries from W R Bellingham & Son of Linley Green who have sold their dairy herd, and also a complete dispersal for the Executors of the late Jim Loach of Clifton-on-Teme and removed for convenience of sale, and whose entries include very tidy Landrover Defender 90 TDi and Massey Ferguson 350 with MF 875 loader.

Purchaser Registration:- All purchasers must pre-register their details at the sales office and collect a buyers number & if not known to the auctioneers must provide proof of identity (photo driving licence/passport) before the auction starts.

Viewing:- Friday 12th July from 10.00am.

VAT:- VAT at 20% will be added to the hammer price of all farming lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Buyers Premium:- 6% (inclusive of VAT) with a minimum charge of £3 per lot will be added to the bid price of all agricultural lots and 15% (inclusive of VAT) to the bid price of all household chattels with a minimum charge of £3 per lot.

Terms:- Payment on sale day by cash or Debit Card. Cheques will only be accepted from regular clients and from customers who have made prior arrangements with Nick Champion Auctioneers. Credit cards are not accepted.

Commission Bids:- The auctioneers will execute commission bids for purchasers unable to attend the sale subject to proof of identity and funding.

Liability & Clearance:- All lots become the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and are to be cleared within 24 hours. A loader will be available on site on sale day.
