Late November University PIN numbers arrive – Guidance will distribute to students. December 19 You are STRONGLY encouraged to complete your OUAC application during the Winter

BreakJanuary 13 OUAC applications deadlineFebruary 5 Recommended date for students to make changes/additions to OUAC application. After

this, changes will be considered only if there is still space.February 8 School board sends data to OUAC, including Semester 1 final marksApril 25 Data transmission to OUAC, including Semester 2 midterm marksMay OSAP Presentation at lunch – Listen to announcements!May 27 Latest date for student to expect responses from an Ontario university.

• Read offers of admission carefully!!! June 1 The earliest date by which an Ontario university may require a response to an offer of admission and a financial commitment of any kind to a universityEarly June - Aug Admission Information Services (AIS) on the OUAC website: allows you to see which Ontario

universities still have spots available in 1st year undergraduate programs July 4 Semester 2 final marks transmission August 26 Data transmission sent to OUAC (incl. proof of graduation and July Summer School marks)

ouac.on.ca using the application OUAC 101

Northview will: provide your personal and academic information to OUAC

You will: Need to check the bulletin board in guidance to make sure you are on

the list You will need your letter from the OUAC which contains our school

number, your student number and your PIN number

• Students applying to university can not set up an account until their PIN numbers are issued.

This does not occur until sometime in late November.

Guidance will distribute these numbers when they arrive.

Application Fees:$150 fee allows for 3 programs; $50 extra for each additional program choice; maximum 3 at any one university

Go to ouac.on.ca and choose the 101 online application.
