Tax Credit
We need your help! We are 65 tax credits shy of our goal. Please talk to your grandparents, friends and other family members and have them take advantage of this dollar-for-dollar credit on their state taxes. Pictured here is Ms. Kanim knitting; she enjoys teaching students in Knitting Club. Your tax credit dollars support our clubs and extra-curricular programs.
Auction and Raffle Basket Donations
We are taking auction and basket donations at the front office through Feb. 28th. All donations must be in at that time so our team can purchase and assemble the items. We are asking for a $5 donation per student to help us build fun baskets for the raffle on March 25th.
(Extra envelopes are in the front office for your convenience.)

Congratulations and Spring Sports Update From Richard Watmore
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINTER SPORTS ATHLETES!
HS Girls basketball teams are heading to the state playoffs in Prescott.
HS Boys basketball team made it to the first round of the state playoffs.
HS Girls Soccer team made it to the first round of the state 1A playoffs.
MS Girls soccer team made it to the championship game against Veritas losing in overtime.
MS Boys soccer team made it to the second round of the playoffs.
HS Boys soccer team vastly improved this year with a better record.
MS Boys Baseball team made it to the quarter finals of the baseball championship.
MS Softball team also improved this year, with many new faces joining the team.
Spring season is here! Registrations have ended and all sports will begin either Feb.6th or 13th and run through April.

HS Tennis begins Monday Feb.13 Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00pm – 5:30pm. MS Tennis begins Tuesday Feb.14th Tues-days and Wednesdays from 3:30pm – 5:00pm at the Ironwood CC in the Anthem Country Club.
MS Basketball will begin the week of Feb.13th (Meet at 5-7 pm on 2/13 and 2/15).
Softball practices will begin Feb.13th at the Anthem Park Little League field #2. 3:30pm – 5:00pm. Softball game schedule is on anthemprepathletics.com

Field Day Details from Richard Watmore
Field day is fast approaching! We will be looking for volunteers to work at the park (for 6th -11th grade) and at the school (for K-5th grade) on Friday, 3/10/17, from 7:45am – 12:00pm. There are many opportunities to donate your time. If you are interested in helping out with 6th—11th grade at the Anthem park please email Rick Watmore at [email protected] and K-5th at the school please email Minio Maldonado at [email protected] We appreciate your time and look forward to an enjoya-ble day!!! Attached is a flyer for a reminder.
On a side note, if you plan on volunteering you must have a finger print card. If you do need a card, please contact Jennifer Sylvester at [email protected] to assist you with the process.

"Old Broadway" Winter Formal Dance Coming Soon!
Friday, February 17, 2017, in the Commons Middle School: 5:30-7:30pm High School: 8:00-10:00pm $5 per person, payable in advance, along with signed permission slip (due by Feb. 15th). Attire is semi-formal. Please see requirements on the form which is attached below. *Ballroom dance lessons will be offered after school: Beginners Class on 2/15, 3:15-4:00 pm and Ad-vanced Class on 2/16, 3:15-4:00 pm
