CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Additional incentives are offered for girls selling cookies at the 1,200 and 1,800 box levels. Girls must submit the proper paperwork to re-
ceive the incentive for which they qualify. The form may be completed online or be submitted as a hard copy to the council office. Please
remember that you must turn in the form for each Cookie Club by the deadline stated below in order to receive the incentive. These levels
are NOT cumulative.

1200+ Box:
Girls selling at this level will receive admission to the council QuestFest in Savannah, GA on July 12-15, 2018. This admission
includes participation in the Quest, commemorative backpack and patch, entrance to the Exhibit Hall and Finale/ Concert at
the Civic Center. Note that bridging, movie night, and event t-shirts are extra costs. This is not a chaperoned trip but an
opportunity for the girl to attend with her troop or family. The deadline to register for this trip is March 16, 2018. Council will
not accept any reservations for this trip after the deadline.
1800+ Box:
These girls must choose either the 1200+ or 1800+ Club, as they are not cumulative.
Kindergarteners through rising 5th graders - Girls selling at this level can participate in trip to Atlanta, GA on June 4-6, 2018.
This trip is geared toward our younger girls and will include transportation, hotel accommodations, Georgia Aquarium,
World of Coke, Stone Mountain Laser Show, and Zoo Atlanta. This is a staff chaperoned trip; no parents will be allowed to
attend or chaperone. The deadline to register for this trip is March 16, 2018. Council will not accept any reservations for this
trip after the deadline. It is important that this deadline is enforced so that council has time to schedule and book tickets,
transportation, accommodations and food. Please make sure that ALL girls who qualify for this trip are aware of the quick
reservation deadline.
Rising 6th – 12th graders - Girls selling at this level can participate in a trip to New York City on June 18th – 21st, 2018. This trip
is geared toward our older girls and will include transportation, hotel accommodations, sight-seeing of Historical Sites, and
museums. This is a staff chaperoned trip; no parents will be allowed to attend or chaperone. The deadline to register for
this trip is March 16, 2018. Council will not accept any reservations for this trip after the deadline. It is important that this
deadline is enforced so that council has time to schedule and book tickets.

impact.
Everything girls do in Girl Scouting is designed to help them become a leader in their daily lives and pre-

All of the proceeds—$$ – every penny – from the Girl Scout Cookie Program are used to benefit girls within our council. This revenue is
used to fund major council initiatives like supporting and building membership, creating and sustaining innovative girl
programming, maintaining and improving camp properties, and offering a platform that allows troop funding for trips,
activities and community service projects.
By purchasing Girl Scout cookies, you directly support the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for girls in your communi-
ty!
