IntroductionThai legislation; people who considered disabled would receive : assistive devices as needed and

: earn 500 Baht a month

Disability is divided into 7 categories without severity measurement The disability is primarily determined by clinician based on

impairment together with activity limitation

To collect the more accurate data on disability in Thailand

Sirindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Centre and Bureau of Policy and Strategy, Ministry of Public Health developed

a screening tool for severity of disability by linking of ICD and ICF

This is the first time in Thailand to apply ICF in Registered people with disability

This simple screening tool would provide a large amount of information for a limited cost
