HIPZONE’s Integrated Media Planner (IMP) tool coordinates the development, digital rights and labor costs of content across an enterprise. What is typically managed via spreadsheets and off the shelf database systems to manage multiple stories and staff across multiple media platforms can now be cared for in a single, unified web based application. HIPZONE IMP answers questions from multiple users interested in different parts of the production and planning process. Operators can quickly see their tasks for the day and beyond. Department managers can schedule and change tasks and operators in real time depending on work and resource load. Executives can receive activity cost and performance reports to determine the total cost of an individual story or entire campaign.
