User Testing Results

What went well

- Users were very pleased with the vaccines for travels search function and would use it for planning holidays

- Users saw great benefit in having vaccination records accessible ‘in their pocket’ (on mobile device) while travelling

- Users found ‘peace of mind’ knowing that their immunization app sends reminders when a vaccination refresh is due

What didn’t work well

- ‘My Assistant’ (home) had an information overload

- The export page was confusing- The vaccines for Maldives page had

misleading icons that people assumed for doing some other actions than intended

- Nobody used the features timeline and Avatars

- A sense of ‘home’ was missing
