Where do honeybees go in the Winter?During the colder months bees slow right down and form a Winter cluster, vibrating their wing muscles to keep warm and maintain a comfortable temperature in the hive. The bees prepare well for Winter with plentiful stores of honey and a secure hive. The Winter cluster of bees are a bit more plump in order to keep up the heat and live a longer life to last the Winter season (around 4-6 months as opposed to the normal lifespan of only a few weeks). Beekeepers leave the hives alone during Winter to do their thing as opening the hives could chill the brood. So we’ll see those little guys in Spring.

Method1. Sauté onion and carrots in olive oil until

softened.2. Add garlic, cook for another 5 mins.3. Add vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

Stir, add zucchini and peas. Cover pan and cook for around 15 mins until vegetables are just cooked.

4. Remove from heat, add spinach and mint and allow to infuse for 5 mins.

5. Use stick blender, blend until smooth. Add water if required.

6. Add lemon juice. Soup should be smooth and creamy. Add Super Greens powder and continue to blend it.
