Incorporating the diverse fields of NIAID/DAIT-funded researchers including vaccine, autoimmunity, transplantation, allergy, and infectious- disease research, ImmPort facilitates collaboration and data reanalysis for researchers around the world. Working with NIAID/DAIT-funded researchers, ImmPort is a partner in developing data standards and reporting documentation for innovative laboratory methods including CyTOF and Luminex assays. Working with innovators in these fields allows ImmPort to implement data standards, test their real-world application, and ensure public data is well annotated for future reuse. Public studies in ImmPort are available for download as MySQL or tab-delimited flat files. How do users begin to explore the data in ImmPort? User Accounts are administered through DAIT. ImmPort is a Web-based data warehouse and analysis tool developed by the Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Transplantation (DAIT) within the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Incorporating the diverse fields of NIAID/DAIT-funded researchers including vaccine, autoimmunity, transplantation, allergy, and infectious-disease research, ImmPort facilitates collaboration and data reanalysis for researchers around the world.

Visit ImmPort to apply for an account.

ImmPort-Labs lets users try out the latest features and give feedback. The search engine gives investigators a powerful way to connect the data within ImmPort to their own research.

ImmPort collaborates with the ontology community to refine immunology data annotation and develop data standards.

How does data get loaded into ImmPort? Studies are loaded into ImmPort using spreadsheet-based templates. The templates allow the user to control how the data is presented.
