Johan Lubbe is a registered Immigration Practitioner (2007/01/02086),

Commissioner of Oaths and the sole owner of Immigration Boutique that

was founded in 2007.

“ Before I qualified as an Immigration Practitioner, I was employed as a

police man for four years in the South African Police Service and then

later moved on to being one of the leading fire fighters at Tshwane Metro

for a period of seventeen years. I can truly say, being a civil servant for

twenty one years was undoubtedly a humbling experience. However,

changing from fighting fires to being a pen-pusher was a huge step for

me. This challenge taught me more about myself than any other career

change I have ever embarked on.

My career as a fire fighter taught me to respect myself as well as others

regardless of any situation I may find myself in and to always remain

level headed. It also taught me to offer only A-plus service as anything

less is not acceptable because you never know the kind of impact you

might have on a person’s life.

Patience, perseverance and dedication has been my guidance and my

family, my pillar of strength. I received my Springbok colours in body

building twice and competed in the international fire fighter games in

New Zealand and Hong Kong where I won a gold medal at both events.

This has made me come to the realisation that self-discipline has been,

and still remains, the key to success. Being raised in a strict family, I

was taught the necessity of old-school values, integrity, honour,

kindness and the willingness to always be ready to listen and extend a

helping hand.

Looking back from 2007 where I ran the company as a one man show to

the growth I have attained, with now a compliment of ten staff

members, it feels as though immigration has always been my calling.

The opportunity of diversity through the work that I do, together with

my team members, constantly allows us the challenge of ensuring that

we learn of people of various cultures, races and religion as to ensure

the work is done satisfactorily.

The service I provide to my clients is far beyond comparison and I have

found that word-of-mouth has been a powerful tool in building my brand

as my reputation speaks for itself. ”

Below we state the rationale why this could be the best move you make!

Businessdictionary.com defines a boutique as a “relatively small firm that provides a limited range of

(usually) very specialized goods and service.” This we believe defines who we are as Immigration

Boutique.

In 2007, Mr. Lubbe found immigration to be his niche of business as he understood the type of impact

quality of a service can have on a person’s life from being a policeman and firefighter. The company

was therefore erected on the foundation of offering each and every client a customized and tailor-made

experience with the service it was to offer.

Our objective is to adopt each client into our family as Immigration Boutique as it is embedded in our

work ethic to make sure that they are attended to in a manner that is intimate and personalized and

that caters to individual needs.

Unlike in a big company immigration is not a department, it is our speciality and sole purpose for

existence and that is why Stefanutti Stocks Oil & Gas (Pty) Ltd can be quoted as saying “Immigration

Boutique is well acquainted with the current immigration legislation requirements and have direct

contact at the highest level at the Department of Labour.”

The face-to-face daily interactions between employees and top management ensures that work is

always of the highest quality as client satisfaction is top priority for us.

Challenges are easily identified and just as easily dealt with. The buck stops with the perpetrator and

therefore clients need not wait long periods for their concerns and anxieties to be attended to.

Immigration is a fragile industry as you work with the state of people’s lives and that of their families

and that is why we continually deliver on the promise of offering a service that is exclusive and unique,

serving each client as if he/she was our only client.

Immigration Boutique aims to maintain a wide range of expertise which will ensure accelerated

growth of the company. This objective we utilize as our foundation as we work towards

becoming a leader in the field of immigration.

To continuously provide outstanding quality service that exceeds expectations of our esteemed

clients.

“It always seems impossible until it’s done” – Nelson Mandela

To build long term relationships with our clients by ensuring successful and positive outcomes

with all our applications to the satisfaction of each individual client.

As Immigration Boutique, we pride ourselves on our proven track record of fruitful client

services as we believe that respect, integrity, trust and honesty are essential for upholding

exceptional business ethics.

Exceeding expectations of each and every client by offering personalized service through

fulfilment and delivery of promise. With a combination of expertise and hands on experience,

clients can be assured that they will receive effective, efficient and the most professional service

a company can provide.
