OVERVIEW

Theboilersmustbefullyautomaticallycontrolled,floorstanding,fanned,super-efficientcondensingappliancesutilisinganaluminiumsiliconalloyheatexchangerandbesuitableforconnectiontofullypumpedopenventedorsealedwatersystems.

CONTROLS

ThecondensingboilersmusthaveconnectivityforallcommontypesofBMSintegrationincluding0-10v,voltfreeandOpenThermconnections.AdditionalmodulesmaybeusedforBACnet,LONWorksandMODBusgateways.WherenoBMSispresentamodulatingsequencermustbeavailable.

Theboilermustbefullymodulatingwitha5:1turndownratioandincludecontrolfeaturesenablingsetpointadjustment,heatingcircuitcontrolofoneconstanttemperatureandoneDHWcircuitor2constanttemperaturecircuits,andsafetylockoutparametersincludingfaultdiagnosisforbothboilerandexternalcomponentssuchassensorsorpumps.

Boilercapabilitiesmustinclude,withtheuseofexternalcomponents,frostprotection,weatherorroomcompensationandsystempumpcontrol.

FLUE

ThecondensingboilersmustbesuitableforusewitharoomsealedflueoropenflueapplicationsincludingC13,C33andB23classifications.Theflueoutletandairinletmustbesituatedattherearoftheboiler.

HYDRAULIC

Thecondensingboilermustbesuitableforconnectiontofullypumpedopenventedorsealedwatersystems.Allhydraulicconnectionsincludingflowreturnandcondensatedrainmustbelocatedontherearoftheboiler.Hydraulicconnectionsmustbeuniformacrosstheoutputsavailableintherangetoensureeaseofinstallationandmaintenance.

Theboilermusthaveamaximumoperatingpressureof6barandbesuitableforheatingandindirecthotwatersystems.

DIMENSIONS
