Direct to product digital printing involves a special inkjet printer, it can produce full colour images directly onto a diverse range of products and surfaces. PMS colour matching is not recommended and some colours, like metallics, are not possible to reproduce. The ability to print a white base makes direct digital a great option for printing on dark products.

Products held in Shanghai, China. Orders under 1,000 units supplied decorated and delivered in 2-6 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery times are dependent on the product selected, stock availability at time of order, use of either AIR or SEA freight options and exclude pre-production sampling.

2 Day Express. Orders confirmed as production ready with art approved by 2pm will be despatched by COB 2 business days later. Orders are limited to 1 colour 1 position print and a maximum quantity of 1,000 pens. Pad Printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink to a product from an etched printing plate. Pad printing is one of the most practical and popular ways of branding promotional products due to print multiple colours in a single pass. Close PMS matches can be achieved on white surfaces but as the colour of the product gets darker the ability to match PMS colours diminishes.

Laser Engraving is the use of a laser to remove the surface of a product. Its a permanent finish, ideal for metal, glass and wooden items. Different materials produce different effects when engraved, in fact results can also vary from product to product made from the same material.

Engrave & Blacken is the same process as Laser Engraving, adding a compound to the engraved surface to produce a reaction that leaves a black residue, in essence producing a black engraved result. This is not suitable for all materials and surface finishes.

Heat Transfers uses screen printing methods onto a release paper and applied to products with a heat press. It gives a similar finish to direct screen printing, although the image is often much sharper and can hold finer detail. The process is most commonly used for textiles and bags.

Digital Transfers are printed on an inkjet style printer and applied to products with a heat press. They can reproduce photo realistic designs with a seemingly unlimited colour pallet, only approximate PMS matching is possible. The process is most commonly used for textiles and bags.

Screen Printing involves forcing ink through a mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product or substrate and is excellent for large print areas on flat or cylindrical objects (Wrap Printing). Close PMS matches can be achieved on white surfaces however as the colour of the product gets darker the ability to match PMS diminishes. Screen is not recommended for logos with fine detail and half tones.

Wrap Printing is the use of screen printing on cylindrical surfaces. The print method is identical, however the product is rolled along the screen automatically to maintain surface contact and deliver the wrap effect. Suitable for drink bottles and mugs if the item can fit the equipments jig set up.

Hot Stamping refers to both blind embossing and foil stamping. Blind embossing is when a die is pressed into the surface of a material at high pressure, leaving a visible impression. As the name suggests, foil stamping introduces a piece of foil paper between the die and the material surface. The resulting pressure transfers the foil to the product surface, leaving a coloured impression. These processes are most commonly used on leather, vinyl and PVC materials.

Resin Labels are digitally printed vinyl labels, coated with a thick resin lens that both enhances and protects image. As the label itself is digitally printed, designs can be printed with a seemingly unlimited colour pallet, however only approximate PMS matching is possible. Not suitable for all surfaces.

Stickers are digitally printed paper or vinyl labels, ideal for use on difficult to print designs or surfaces. They can reproduce photo realistic designs with a seemingly unlimited colour pallet, only approximate PMS matching is possible. Not suitable for all surfaces.

Embroidery is the use of coloured thread stitched directly through material by an automated embroidery machine to reproduce a digitised design. There are some limitations with reproducing fine detail and text is recommended to be a minimum of 5mm in height. Embroidery is most commonly used on textiles and bags.
