iLearn –International Student Registration Guide This document details the steps student has to take for registering in a course at School of Online Education, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)(‘BVDU’), Pune, India through iLearn Portal. The document is divided into two parts. Part A guides the student about registration at iLearn portal and selecting a course of SOE-BVDU. Part B details about the steps to be followed at BVDU website for enrolling into the course.

PART A – Registering on iLearn Portal and selecting course for Bharati Vidyapeeth

Student needs to fill below details to Register & create his/her own account with iLearn Online Education

Student’s Full Name Password Valid email Id Verification code - will be sent to Student email id. Update & Create your Login.

Once the Login is Generated, Student needs to click on “CREATE” button & can proceed to fill his/her Personal Details (refer below screenshot) to create the Profile & Register with iLearn Portal.

Follow the below Path to Select Program at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) – School of Online Education, Pune (India) Course Catalog Management & Commerce Management Studies

BBA Course – Select the Program shown below at iLearn Portal which will direct you to University Website.

MBA Course – Select the Program shown below at iLearn Portal which will direct you to University Website

PART B – Enrolling in the Online MBA/BBA Course at School of Online Education, Bharati Vidyapeeth

Website - https://bharatividyapeethonline.com Course – MBA/ BBA Click on – AdmissionsApply Online OR Step 1: Student can register with Bharati Vidyapeeth University using following Link https://bharatividyapeethonline.com/online/student_register Student needs to fill below details to Register & create his/her own account with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) – School of Online Education

Student’s Full Name Valid email Id - Student should use same email id that is used for registration with iLearn portal. Nationality Does Student want to avail the scholarship? – Yes / No Enrolling Session Jan/Jul Country

Note – To apply for a scholarship you should be registered on iLearn portal of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

Step 2: Student can register with iLearn Online Education Portal using following Link This step is for students who have not registered on iLearn portal. If you have registered, you will not see this page. Register on iLearn Portal with the Registration Link (refer screenshot below) “Click Here”

After registration on iLearn portal only, visit on University website & Proceed for Registration (Refer above Step1) Once Registered with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) – School of Online Education Registration Complete – Login Credentials will be sent on Student’s Email.

Step 3: Login using the below form and the Credentials which will be sent on Student’s Email, Complete your Admission Enrollment Process https://bharatividyapeethonline.com/online/student_login Use Valid Credentials to Login into your account.

Step 4: Student Login – Please click on the button (refer below screenshot) to complete registration process:

Step 5: Please go through the Basic Instruction about Registration Process which Involves 5 Steps: Step 5 (I) (Fill your Personal Details. All Input Fields Marked with * are compulsory.

Upload your Photo and Signature in PNG, JPG or JPEG format. Upload Passport and ID Proofs in PDF Format.

*Government Document should be either of – National ID/ Voter ID/ Taxation ID OR Birth Certificate

Step 5 (II): Fill your Qualification Details. Note-

Student needs to fill below Educational Details. Student needs to upload front page & back page of all mentioned educational documents. Degree – Student need to upload All Year Degree Marksheet & Degree Certificate. Final Year Marksheet front page & back page required.

Step 5(III): Fill your experience details

Step 5 (IV): Review the form and Uploaded Details once. Once the Student clicks on “Review before Submit” button, Preview of the Student Application Form will be generated.

To update any details on Application Form Student needs to click on “Update” button. To download the Form Student needs to clock on “Download” button. AFTER FINAL SUBMIT YOU CANNOT EDIT THE FORM

Step 5 (V): Click on Final Submit On Final Submit, Student Application will be Registered & Submitted to Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) – School of Online Education Application Status – Student can check his/her Application & Scholarship Status from Student Login.
