Eligible : All Fresher’s or Any Experience candidates may eligible.

Application Fee : All Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs.550/- by way of Demand

Draft in favour of ‘ ILA Promoters ’, payable at Guntur. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before

paying the registration fee.

Placement : The selected candidates shall undergo 12 months training at various units/projects/offices in the Industry.

The final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of training based on the performance and

requirement at each location. The candidates will have All India service liability and no candidate shall bring or attempt to

bring outside influence to bear upon any superior authority to further his/her interest in respect of matters pertaining to

his/her service in the company. Such actions are construed as misconduct and shall be viewed very seriously by the

Management and action will be initiated as per rules of the company.

Health : The candidate should have sound health. Before joining, candidates will have to undergo medical examination by

ILA INDUSTRY Medical Board and the decision of the Board will be final and binding. No relaxation in health standards is

allowed.

Selection Process : The eligible candidates will have to undergo an ILA Promoters - Self Selection Test (ILA-SST)

consisting of two papers or Online at your home place i.e. concerned discipline and General Knowledge, Aptitude &

Reasoning, which will be conducted at the designated cities to be notified later on. The successful candidates in written

test/ Online shall be short listed for personal interview as per criteria laid down by the Management. It shall depend

upon the number of Trainees to be inducted. These selection process modifications / changes under the control of

management.

MODE OF SELECTION

The mode of selection will be through Witten Test only either on-line/ off- line.

Hours of work: Using a flexible working system, full-time staff work twenty-five hours per week ( Five hours per day excluding a lunch break). This allows some choice over starting and finishing times of work and also when lunch breaks are taken. Core hours, when employees must be at work, are in operation between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding a lunch break). Lunch-breaks must be taken between 12.30 and 2.30 p.m. and employees are required to take a break of one hour for lunch. ‘Flexi time’ should, however, be operated in such a way that departments are adequately staffed throughout normal office hours (8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday).

General Instructions:

1. The e-mail address specified in the application should be valid/ functional for at least 24 months from the date of the submission of application. Intimation for interview shall be sent by email. Kindly ensure that your email is valid and operational.

2. ILA may restrict the no. of candidates to be called for interview. Only short-listed candidates will be informed for further interview.

3. Applications area accepting by post/ courier only. Hand over the application to persons will not entitled.

4. Those short listed for interview shall be intimated through e-mail. They are required to bring the following original certificates along with attested photocopies as documentary proof at the time of interview:

Copy of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Class (OBC)/ Persons with Disability (PWD) certificate, if applicable from the competent authority. OBC certificate produced by candidates should clearly indicate that they do not belong to creamy layer. In the absence of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for interview and in that case, no travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

5. Only those who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria need apply. If at any stage, it is found that the

candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified. ILA reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

6. Out Station Candidates called for Interview for the post of Management Trainee shall be reimbursed to & fro 2nd class sleeper rail fare or equivalent other travels or equivalent from the mailing address mentioned in the Manual application form to the venue of interview by the shortest route as per rules. Candidates providing mailing address of a country other than India, in the application form, will be reimbursed to and fro rail fare, as per entitlement mentioned above, from the port of arrival in India to the venue of interview by the shortest route as per rules. Te candidate will be required to fill in the Travelling Allowance (TA) form at the Interview centre and submit proof for travel undertaken.

7. In case it is found at any stage that the candidate is either not meeting the requirements as laid down in the advertisement or has given incorrect information while filling up the Aapplication form, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and in that case no traveling expenses shall be reimbursed.

8. ILA shall not be responsible for any loss of email/communication letter sent, due to invalid/wrong email id/wrong postal address/postal delays/loss in transit etc. No request in this regard will be entertained

9. ILA shall not responsible postal delay/ application lost in transit / and any other miscellaneous.

10. ILA reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process there under without assigning any reason. ILA has all reserves the rights completely.

11. Provisions of the Persons with Disability Act for 3% reservation are being complied with.

12. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided in the application form, hence it is necessary that only accurate, full and correct information is furnished by the applicants. Furnishing of wrong/false information will be a disqualification and ILA will NOT be responsible for disqualification as a consequence of furnishing of such wrong/false information.
