Adding a Club Administrator To enable a club to order cards and               to register for events (in any case             limited to European Judo Cups for           Cadets, Juniors and Seniors) a Club           Administrator has to be defined. To           do this enter Administration →         Administrator list. In this list all           administrators are displayed.

To enter a new Club Administrator           click + Add administrator, fill in all             required fields and select the club, for             which this admin is created.         Complete the process by clicking         save changes. Unless you unclick the notify box, this             person will be notified and receives           the credentials to login.

Allocating a member to a club Finally, members can be allocated to           a club to do this open the Members                 site and select the athlete you would             like to allocate to a particular club.

In the section Personal data you find             the field club, where you can select             the club for this athlete.

Please note:

The National Federation can allocate an athlete to every club in the World                         (important feature for athletes living abroad or for foreign fighters in the European                         Club Championships).

The club cannot change the name, the date of birth, the gender and the picture                                these fields are under responsibility of the National Federation and can only be                         changed by National Federation Administrator!

At the bottom of My Data below the picture, there are three special fields available                             for National Federation Administrators.

● Club can register this person for all Continental Sen/Jun/Cad Cups This check box gives the National Federation the possibility to disable that the club can enter this athlete, without removing the allocation (Athlete is with a club, but can only be inscribed by the National Federation).

● Banned person With this field it is possible to ban a athlete. If the ban is done by IJF or EJU, National Federation cannot remove the ban. If the ban is done by the National Federation, the club cannot remove it.

● Special rights The system allows to allocate an additional Administrator, who can do event registration and card ordering (also useful for athletes living abroad).
