You are hereby directed to attend the program in commemoration of the Araw ng Kagitingan with the theme "Ang Beterano: Sigla at Inspirasyon tungo sa Matuwid na Daan" to be held at the Dambana ng mga Bayani (Veterans Memorial Monument), corner Roxas Avenue and Ponciano Streets in front of the Davao City Central Post Office Building, this City, on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:00 in the morning. Wear the Tuesday uniform. (Attached· is the communication from the City Mayor's Office).

Attendance shall be checked and submitted to the Administrative Officer's Office.

The City Government of Davao, in coordination with the Veterans Federation of the Philippines Region XI and Sons and Daughters, Inc., the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office Region XI, the World War II Heritage Organization, the Davao Historical Society Foundation Inc., the Disabled American Veterans and Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor, the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, the Order of the Knights of Rizal, the Knights of Columbus, the Department of Education, the Philippine National Police, and the Boy and Girl Scouts of the Philippines will commemorate "Araw ng Kagitingan with the theme, Ang Beterano: Sigla at Inspirasyon tungo sa Matuwid na Daan," to be held at the Dambana ng mga Bayani (Veterans Memorial Monument), corner Roxas Avenue and Ponciano Street in front of the Davao City Central Post Office Building, this City, on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:00 in the morning.

This annual event is held in honor of the departed heroes and surviving veterans of our country.

In this regard, we would like to invite you and your employees to join us in remembering our heroes. May we also request the members of the Davao City Teachers Performing Arts Company to render an appropriate intermission number during the program.
