• Purpose: - Coordination, initiatiate cooperative projects relating to the

collection

and archiving of gravity field related data

- Coordinate schools, courses, meetings (e.g. geoid schools and gravimetry schools)

- Joint electronic, partially reviewed journal – “Newtons Bulletin”

- General outreach relating to earth’s gravity field
