The show office is located off the main lobby.
ENTRIES CLOSE March 30, 2018. Entries postmarked after this date or received at the show will pay a post entry of $25 per new horse. Additional classes for a pre-entered horse will not pay a penalty.
New entries must be made 1 hour prior to the start of the show. Mail entries complete with signed entry blank, fee payment and all photocopies of mem-bership cards and registration certificates to Show Secretary Judy McMana-ma, 11930 E 211th, Noblesville, IN 46060.
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: Entries lacking any of the above mentioned will be considered incomplete and may be returned. Exhibitor packets will not be given to exhibitors until entry is complete. All entries must be accompanied by a valid check or money order for the full amount of all fees made out to Bridlespur. There will be an additional $50 charge for any check returned for any reason.

All entries must be made in writing on an official entry form for this show or photocopies of the same. Please use a ballpoint pen or typewriter to com-plete entry form. The complete address and phone number of the recorded owner or lessee must be given, even if an agent enters the horse. All horses belonging to one owner must be entered on one entry form per horse. No horses may be entered on more than one form.
AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded 1st-5th in all classes.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS: Entries may be scratched from the show prior to March 30, 2018. After the entry closing date, a refund of class fees will be made only if a written request accompanied by a veterinarian’s cer-tificate is received in the show office. Stall fees will not be refunded. There will be a $25 fee for stop payment of a check when withdrawing entries. As a courtesy to other exhibitors and show management, each exhibitor is required to cancel all classes their horse will not be showing in so the gate will not be held. A penalty of $25 per class will be charged to all exhibitors who fail to notify management of class cancellations.
INDEMNITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All entries are made and accept-ed with the understanding that Bridlespur will not be responsible for any loss, personal injury, or damage to any horse exhibited or for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost, destroyed or in any way damaged and each participant assumes the risk of any such injury and recognizes that partici-pation in activities involving horses is inherently risky. Each exhibitor will be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, or any animal, or any property occasioned by him, his agents or employees, or by any animal owned or exhibited by him and shall indemnify Bridlespur against any and all loss, liability and damages of any kind or nature thus occasioned, including attorney fees, which may be incurred as a result thereof. Submission of an entry form to the Show Secretary shall constitute an acceptance of each per-son signing same of the provisions herein set forth.
MISSOURI STATE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: An official health certificate issued within 30 days of the show by a licensed veterinarian must accompany all horses not residing in the State of Missouri. A negative Coggins certificate issued within the past 12 months must accompany all horses. The health and original Coggins certificates must be available for inspection at the time of check in. Do not mail with your entry. In case of suspected unsoundness or as a safeguard against communicable disease, all horses are subject to physical inspection by the show veterinarian.
The Bridlespur Horse Show is held in compliance with all laws and regula-tions of the United States and the State of Missouri. All exhibitors are notified to comply therewith with special reference to the Horse Protection Act of 1970 as amended
STABLING: All horses entered must have a stall and will pay $125 for the show, or $65 per day. NO SHOWING OUT OF TRAILERS. All stalls are permanent 10 x 10 stalls with doors and are under cover. No stall will be reserved without payment. Bedding must be purchased from the National Equestrian Center. Minimum two bales are required per stall.
CAMPERS AND HORSE TRAILERS: Camper hook-ups are available at $30/day. Showers are located within the barns
ALL PONIES must present a valid or permanent measurement card issued by the USEF or CEF or be measure prior to numbers being issued where applicable. Photocopies are acceptable.
ARRIVAL TIME: Horses will be accepted Tuesday April 10. Anyone wishing to arrive earlier will pay $20 per day. Departure shall be no later than 12:00 pm Sunday April 15.
ARENAS: The show arenas are 120’ x 240’ with a mixture of dirt and sand footing. The adjoining warm up arena is 100’ x 200’ with a dirt and sand mix-ture. Exhibitors will be permitted to work horses in the show arena up to one-half hour prior to the start of a session. Dressage arena will be 20m x 60m.

ENTRY AGREEMENT
By entering a Federation-licensed Competition and signing this entry blank as the Owner, Lessee, Trainer, Manager, Agent, Coach, Driver, Rider, Handler, Vaulter or Longeur and on behalf of myself and my principals, representatives, employees and agents, I agree that I am subject to the Bylaws and Rules of The United State Equestrian Federation, Inc. (the “Federation”) and the local rules of the Bridlespur MHSA Kick-Off Horse Show (Competition). I agree to be bound by the Bylaws and Rules of the Federation and of the Competition. I will accept as final the decision of the Hearing Committee on any question arising under the Rules, and agree to release and hold harmless the Competition, the Federation, their officials, directors and employees for any action taken under the Rules. I represent that I am eligible to enter and/or participate under the Rules, and every horse I am entering is eligible as entered. I also agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the Federation and/or the Competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, cablecasts, broadcasts, internet, film, new medial or other likenesses of me and my horse taken during the course of the Competition for the promotion, coverage or benefit of the Competition, sport or the Federation. Those likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may not be used in such a way as to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misappropriation. The construction and application of Federation rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any action instituted against the competition must be filed in New York, See GR908.4.

I AGREE in consideration for my participation in the Competition to the following: I AGREE that the “Federation” and “Competition” as used herein includes Licensee and Completion Management, as well as all of their officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, personnel,
volunteers and Federation affiliates. I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the Competition with my horse, as a rider, driver, handler, vaulter, longeur, lessee, owner, agent, coach, trainer, or as parent or guardian of a junior
exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the Competition involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss, and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering, or death (“Harm”).
I AGREE to hold harmless and release the Federation and Competition from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any Harm to me or my horse and for any Harm of any nature caused by me or my horse to others, even if the Harm arises or results, directly or indirectly, from the negligence of the Federation or the Competition.
I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of Harm to me or my horse, including Harm resulting from the negligence of the Federation or the Competition. I AGREE to indemnify (that is, to pay any losses, damages, or costs incurred by) the Federation and Competition and to hold them harmless with respect to claims for Harm to me or my horse, and for
claims made by others for any Harm caused by me or my horse while at the Competition. I have read the Federation rules about protective equipment, including GR801 and, if applicable, EV114, and I understand that I am entitles to wear protective equipment without penalty, and I acknowledge that the Federation strongly encourages me to do so while WARNING that no protective equipment can guard against all injuries. If I am a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor, I consent to the child’s participation and AGREE to all of the above provisions and AGREE to assume all of the obligations of this Release on the child’s behalf. I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching and abilities to safely compete in this Competition.
I AGREE that if I am injured at this Completion, the medical personnel treating my injuries may provide information on my injury and treatment to the Federation on the official USEF accident/injury report form.
BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE to be bound by all applicable Federation Rules and all terms and provisions of this entry blank and all terms and provisions of the Prize List. If I am signing and submitting this Agreement electronically, I acknowledge that my electronic signature shall have the same validity, force an effect as if I affixed my signature by my own hand.
