PUBLIC NOTICE FOR REFERENDUM ON PROPOSED BISON ORDINANCE 2014-1
Notice is given pursuant to 76-15-701 and -702, MCA, that the Valley County Conservation District supervisors will take action on their intent to order a referendum on proposed ordinance number 2014-1 for protection of water and soil from wild, free roaming or domestic bison grazing in Valley County Conservation District. The supervisors will take action whether to order a referendum at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the USDA Building Conference Room.
