There were 38 motor vehicle stops, and four reports of loose cows.

Thursday, July 27, 20171706 A deputy advised he

would be out on a traffic call at a Nashua location. At 5:23 p.m., a deputy advised to notify a man for a rollback wrecker for an Alero/Intrigue with all four tires deflated.

1836 A deputy advised he was en-route to a Glasgow location when he received a text that some-one inside was refusing to leave. At 6:55 p.m., he dropped a female at Holiday where she was waiting for her ride.

1954 A Hinsdale male wanted to know if a fire had been reported, possibly in Phillips County. He received the information from his farm workers who were getting a truck together and going. Phillips County did have a fire, but it was headed toward Valley County. Brunelle and the green tender were en-route.

2037 A Valley County male reported a vehicle that was travel-ing westbound on Hwy. 2 that did not pull over for someone’s emer-gency lights. They are willing to write out statements if needed. An officer spoke to the subject who stated he was the driver. He had speeded up to 70 mph to get over a hill to where it would be safe for the fire engine to pass. Once he was over the hill, he had pulled over for the fire engine to pass.

2236 A Glasgow male re-ported a black Chevy parked in the Markle’s parking lot all day. The owner is over in the oil fields in North Dakota right now and he was needing his girlfriend to run errands for him, but she has been unable to do so due to this truck. The pickup is blocking his driveway. He was told at one time by the cops that he could only go one way, and if he drove over the sidewalk, he would get a ticket. He said it was private property and they said they can’t tow it, but something has to be done. He is getting pretty perturbed about this as it has been going on for four years, almost five now. He said that he is about ready to take the law into his own hands as the law enforcement won’t do anything about it. He is tired of hearing it was a civil matter. Just “move the damn vehicle.” He said the cops are the only ones authorized to tow it and he doesn’t understand why he has to pay for something out of his own pocket for someone who is a dumb xxx who won’t move

his stuff.Friday, July 28, 2017

0934 A Glasgow male re-ported a vehicle be investigated that merged into him. They were parked on the roadway in front of Subway.

1513 A VIN inspection was requested on a 4-wheeler in Glas-gow.

1521 A trailer inspection was requested in Glasgow.

1532 A Frazer female called another female and told her that her brothers-in-law sold her daughter’s 4-H cow in Miles City. She knew this because she got the check today. She also had chickens at the fairgrounds and was afraid that they would do something to them. Dispatch gave the informa-tion to an officer as soon as one was available.

1605 A dog was whining down the street in Glasgow and it was tied up outside. A deputy was requested to go check it out.

1909 A pickup rolled multiple times and the subject was thrown from the vehicle. MHP was noti-fied. A deputy advised to cancel LRFD, as there was only one victim.

2009 A Glasgow female called in stating there was a male hitch-hiker west of Glasgow who had been there for a long time. She passed him on her way in from Hinsdale and he was still there now. She would like someone to check on him. At 2127, a deputy was out at MM 535 with a male on a bicycle.

2102 A Glasgow female wear-ing a white shirt and black pants was looking in windows and act-ing suspicious.

2106 A structure fire in Glas-gow was out at this time. At 9:09

p.m., an officer reported the fire was started by a native American wearing black shorts and a black shirt. A deputy reported they were with two Hispanics at the Holiday in connection to the fire. At 9:20 p.m., the caller called in stating the owner would like the officers to come back and remove the occupants from the room where the fire started. At 9:57 p.m., the caller advised to have the officers return to arrest the two subjects who were told to leave and had now returned. At 10:04 p.m., he called back to say the two were leaving and the officer didn’t have to come.

2246 A Glasgow female re-ported someone running from door to door and knocking and running away. An officer walked around the neighborhood but was unable to contact anyone.

2259 A Richland caller re-ported a tow request for a deer strike. The car was in the ditch, a 1999 Chevy Cavalier. Dispatch notified MHP. At 10:45 p.m., the driver texted and said they were walking toward Opheim. MHP was updated.

2324 Alleys reported a bar fight in progress, and who was fighting. An ambulance was requested for a broken leg. At 11:51 p.m., some-one called saying the patient they just brought in was being unruly and they didn’t feel safe working on him without a deputy at the scene. One citation was given for disorderly conduct.

Saturday, July 29, 20170529 One citation was issued in

Glasgow for a parking violation.1022 A Nashua female reported

calls from Publisher's Clearing House and American Million-aires Club. One wanted money to deliver her million-dollar prize. Dispatch told her this was likely a scam and not to give them any information.

1127 A Glasgow male stated there was a vehicle parked in front of his storage unit. Dispatch called the registered owner (RO) and he said he would get it moved. By 11:33 a.m., the vehicle was gone.

1227 A Glasgow female found a small green duffle bag in the road on the south side of the railroad tracks in the northbound driving lane. She brought it to dispatch. This was a canvas green tackle box. It has all kinds of fishing tack-le in it as well as a fishing license. Dispatch called the owner and he is on the way to pick it up.

1356 A Glasgow male stated there was a blue/black 4x4 driv-ing recklessly on the gravel road

by the gun range off Skylark Rd. He stated it has been going on for about 30 minutes. A deputy advised that it was a male out pick-ing up brass. He told the deputy he saw some kids in a 4-wheeler riding around.

1611 A Glasgow male stated he was on his way to California, but if this driver was caught soon, he might be able to make arrangements to come back and sign a complaint. The caller stated this was a SUB (unknown color, make or model) pulling a white boat, who swerved into his lane. He also stated this subject was all over the road per some females he had talked to who had been behind this driver. He said they, too, were going to call in. The caller thinks this driver may be intoxicated. A deputy stated there was a green pickup pulling a white boat with a flat tire by MM 529. The deputy advised to cancel MHP. This ve-hicle blew a tire and had swerved into oncoming traffic.

2150 A Ft. Peck male advised some people were being loud, belligerent and they had a vehicle parked in the street.

Sunday, July 30, 20170105 An officer entered the

Oasis to talk to a male who needed insulin.

0900 A MHP requested a depu-ty to assist with a search. The MHP also suggested dispatch should call Child and Family Services to advise that there was a small child in the vehicle. Child and Family Services requested to speak with the trooper instead of taking the information dispatch had. He was given the MHP’s number. By 10:18 a.m., a wrecker was at the scene.

0955 A Hinsdale girl was bitten by her grandmother’s dog at the grandmother’s residence around 8:30 a.m. It did break the skin and was unknown if she would need stitches. The Health Department was notified.

1448 A Glasgow female ad-vised that a guy on a 4-Wheeler was running a dog, but the dog wasn’t up to where the guy was at. She said the dog came out from the alley and was behind the guy on the 4-Wheeler. She said the dog got in a little tussle with her dog and she wasn’t even sure if the guy knew about it or not as the dog was behind him. She couldn’t give dispatch a description of the 4-Wheeler. By 2:49 p.m., the man on the 4-Wheeler was taking his dog home.
