If the President does not like any of the laws that would be made; then we would only be the country that he wants. He could influence judges and people to do whatever he wanted them to. This is what would happen if we did not have an Executive Branch.

His actions speak for themselves, he held Democratic elections every year, but always seemed to be in office even if they did not want him there.
