1. I was the affiant for the attached affidavit in support of an 6lpplit:ation for the issuance
of a warrant issued this past S:a:turoay mOrning, in Misc. No .. 1:04 MG 2.8S~ for the search ofthe

exposed to the elements. I and otber FBI agents did not search the boo:es of docmnents because
fue pallet was outside the house and thereby perhaps not covered by thl~:Search warrant. We
removed approximately half of the boxes ftom the pallet and put tb.em in. e. truck. m FBI custody

3. During the execution ofthe search wmrurt on Au.gust 21st, I ~d my fellow agents
found. throughout the hou.se many boxes of documents reganiing Hamas and related
organizations. I describe here only a small portion. of thO!1le material~, in part because we have

e. Various information coneerning Libya, Abdutabm3ll Allamoudi, and the American Muslim Council. Alamoudi recently pled guilty in tUis Court to accepting Libyan money to fund the assassination of the ruler of Saudi ,Ata:bi~ as well as to procuring hls naturalization by fraud. for concealing his afliliations with Marzook and UASR on his citizenship application.
4, From the accution oftbe search WatnmL OIl SHturday~ I saw that E.lharaooe's house
'Wag full of dOQUm,c.:nts. It appeared to m~ that the pallet of documents in the: drivc:way had bocn
delivered to Elbarasse's house but stored outside becanse there was iT.1snfficient rooJD. yet elearnd
for them inside. It appeared.to me that the documents had been deliv-ered from UASR, 1 believe
that the documents stored in boxes on that pallet are as relevant as those I found in EIbarasse's
house to investigations regarding the ties of BIbarasse and others to Hamas and related
organizations.
5. On thE! basis oftbe foregoing, there is probable cause that Ismail ElbBtasse stmed
recorda in boxes on an in,dusttial-size pallet, approximately ten feet by fbul' feet, with what
appear to be boxed documents on it appmximately ;(1)ur feet high, wrapped 7.n plastic but exposed
