Observations: Time Stamp Details Time On-Site: 7:30 am 7:30 am EnTech set up four air monitoring stations at perimeter locations, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area, as specified by the CM. According to EnTech, air monitoring was occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:40 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch. 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Solar installing electrical wiring and conduit throughout the main building. 7:30 am to 2:00 pm K&M installing and testing the fire sprinkler system throughout the site. 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Hailey insulating sprinkler piping throughout the main building.

GC constructing and installing formwork for bulkhead. GC utilizing a crane to install formwork for bulkhead in the southern portion of the site. GC utilizing a Lull forklift to move materials around the site. GC utilizing an excavator to place and level gravel in the eastern and northern section of the site. GC utilizing vibrating compactor to level and compact gravel in the eastern section of the site. GC utilizing an excavator to excavate soil from the northwestern section of the site. The soil was stockpiled in the northwestern section of the site. At the end of the day, the stockpiled soil was covered with plastic sheeting and the plastic was weighed down with debris from the surrounding area.

7:30 am to 2:00 pm Olympic installing, insulating, and testing piping throughout the site.

7:30 am to 2:30 pm National Fireproofing installing spray-on insulation in main building.

7:30 am to 3:30 pm Tonage installing rebar in formwork in the southern portion of the site.

7:30 am to 2:00 pm Unicorn utilizing excavator to install curb formwork in the northern and eastern portion of the site.

7:30 am to 2:00 pm Maryland Fabricators welding on the tipping level of the main building. Maryland Fabricators installing scale components in the northern portion of the site.

7:30 am to 2:00 pm FCS painting the floors and walls in the main building.

7:30 am to 2:00 pm Jobin utilizing elevating work platforms to install roofing on the main building and siding on the southern side of the main building.

9:30 am to 10:00 am and 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Site work stops for a work break.

3:30 pm

Site work stops for the day (except for Tonage installing rebar in the southern portion of the site). EnTech removes air monitoring stations. According to the CM, site work going forward will only consist of rebar installation in the southern portion of the site and no activities with the potential to generate dust (e.g., earthwork, vehicles, equipment, or machinery traversing the site) or organic vapors will be conducted for the rest of the day. The work is anticipated to be completed at 4:30 pm.

Time Off-Site: 3:30 pm

General Observations:

According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels.

The GC utilized the water tank truck today at 1:30 pm.
