Replacement Policy

Please make claims or missing issues in writing within six months o delivery date (12 months

or subscribers outside the USA and Canada). Issues claimed ater this time will be billed at

the single copy rate. Print editions are only available or two years (quantities are limited).

Note that IEEE provides replacement copies strictly as a courtesy, as its delivery obligations

are deemed ulilled when the conditions set orth in the delivery policy are met. Claims can

Delivery Policy

Ordered journals, magazines and other periodicals are deemed delivered to the subscriberupon IEEE deposit or submission o the periodical materials to the U.S. Postal Service

(USPS) or subscriber addresses in the United States or Canada or to a USPS postal qualiiedwholesaler or addresses in other countries, or to IEEEs selected carrier or transport to

subscribers designated delivery agent, with prepaid postage or charges as required or the

relevant service class and destination, addressed to the address provided by the subscriber

or subscribers agent. Upon IEEE satisying such delivery conditions, subscriber bears the risko periodicals non-receipt caused or any reason, and no subscription ees or charges shall
