Div. 1 has been aggressively worked in R10 for these several years in society level.
CONCLUSIONS.
There are high possibility that the number of Div. I chapters increase double in R10 in 10 year, especially in China and India.
We have chapters only in 12 countries in R10,And would like to extend to other countries.
Collaboration with R10 and Div.I will be desirable.
Thank you for your attention
