Abstract-According to the effect of teacher professional development related to information technology, advanced

teachers in Pudong were investigated. Based on the research result, the personal factors, such as theoretical study, published papers, teaching attitude and development goals, is obtained by gray system theory. Moreover, analysis of these factors and the

relationship between teacher professional development are studied to find the main constraints personal factors, which assists the professional development of teachers and provides some useful advice.

I. INTRODUCTION

With the general school curriculum in Shanghai to promote the deepening of reform, Pudong New Area has established primary and secondary education, "excellence in teacher leads students to excellence in development," the idea of the perpetrators of the most critical education - professional development of teachers proposed higher requirements.

association analysis in various fields of application, the foundation [1] [2] [3] . Grey relational analysis is based on the system geometry of the curve of each factor the degree of similarity to determine the correlation between the degree of factor analysis method. This method is the dynamic process of development trend through a quantitative analysis of time series within the system to complete the geometric relationship between the data compared to the greater correlation with the reference sequence comparison of sequences, and its direction and rate of closer to the reference sequence, and the reference sequence The closer the relationship. II. ANALYSIS OF TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

C. Grey relation analysis of individual factors

C. Education

Education is a specialized occupation, this occupation requires teachers to have been rigorous and continuous learning in order to obtain and maintain professional knowledge and expertise.

Teacher professional development, learning theories related to education and teaching should be required. Approach
