Abstract-According to the effect of teacher professional development related to information technology, advanced

teachers in Pudong were investigated. Based on the research result, the personal factors, such as theoretical study, published papers, teaching attitude and development goals, is obtained by gray system theory. Moreover, analysis of these factors and the

relationship between teacher professional development are studied to find the main constraints personal factors, which assists the professional development of teachers and provides some useful advice.

I. INTRODUCTION

With the general school curriculum in Shanghai to promote the deepening of reform, Pudong New Area has established primary and secondary education, "excellence in teacher leads students to excellence in development," the idea of the perpetrators of the most critical education - professional development of teachers proposed higher requirements.

Teacher professional development, in education content, simply means that the teacher's teaching ability and research capacity development. The basic meaning of teacher professionalism:

Teaching profession has its own ideals, have their own theory of armed and self-regulate and highly sophisticated professional skills and techniques, with the independent feature can not be replaced. Teachers are not only transmitters of knowledge, but also a moral leader, who thought of enlightenment, the world's pioneer spirit, emotion, will and faith shapers; teachers not only need to know what knowledge to teach, but also need to know how to impart knowledge, student uprising known to take a different for different teaching strategies. The teaching profession is both a specialized knowledge, it is a process of struggle, is both a professional qualification as it is a life-long learning, and continuously update the conscious pursuit.

In Shanghai, primary and secondary settings are information technology disciplines, as it is a rapid development of information society emerged in the new discipline, the importance of teacher professional development is particularly prominent. In order to better promote the professional development of teachers. In order to better guide and promote the general information technology teacher professional development, information technology disciplines necessary for professional development of teachers for high-end research necessary. High teacher, generally refers to the teachers with the professional academic standards, professional knowledge and skills, which were higher than their population in the vast majority of teachers; its professional standards in the Members of this group of teachers from the professional structure "pyramid" to the top (apex section). Grey system theory (Grey System Theory), is by the famous scholar Deng Julong professor pioneered a system theory of gray system theory and method proposed by the early, Professor Deng Julong in the literature [1] [2] introduced the gray relational analysis (Grey Relational Analysis, GRA) theory and methods, including a variety of ideas and methods of data preprocessing. After Wangxue Meng, LIU Si-feng and other scholars of gray relational analysis theory, application and computing program, made many in-depth study [1] [2], for

association analysis in various fields of application, the foundation [1] [2] [3] . Grey relational analysis is based on the system geometry of the curve of each factor the degree of similarity to determine the correlation between the degree of factor analysis method. This method is the dynamic process of development trend through a quantitative analysis of time series within the system to complete the geometric relationship between the data compared to the greater correlation with the reference sequence comparison of sequences, and its direction and rate of closer to the reference sequence, and the reference sequence The closer the relationship. Grey relational analysis method, which requires the sample size can be as little as 4 months, no law applies equally to the data, does not appear to quantify results and qualitative analysis of the results of inconsistencies. II. ANALYSIS OF TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

C. Grey relation analysis of individual factors

Education is a specialized occupation, this occupation requires teachers to have been rigorous and continuous learning in order to obtain and maintain professional knowledge and expertise.

Teacher professional development, learning theories related to education and teaching should be required. Approach

Approach is to determine the cause of success or failure of the people is an important factor.
