A.The use of search tools software

1.Double-click to open the search tool“FBS” ,as following:

2. Please click on the "Search" button below interface,and it show front-end equipment below the “Device List”:

3.Please select a device,it will appear the ip address,subnet mask,gateway,DNS1,DNS2 below the “IP Setting”,as shown below:

4.Now you can change the device's ip address,subnet mask,gateway, DNS1,DNS2.After modifying this parameters, please input the username and password and click “Update”button,as shown below:

5.At last please click “Yes” and then will be as follows.This shows you have modified successfully.

B. The use of the Internet explorer software

1 . Login Steps of System login

(1) When a browser (Internet Explore) access the network camera for the first time, you must temporarily lower security settings so that the ActiveX components can be installed on the network at once, firstly from the View menu, Please select Tools- Internet Options - Security - Custom Level-ActiveX controls and plug-ins >, set the security level to low and click Reset.

(2) Open the IE browser, in the address bar input the camera’s IP and press the Enter key, if you don’t know the device’s ip,please use "Search Tools" software and get the device's IP address.

(3) When visit the Web interface for the first time,there will be prompted to install the control, click to download and install the control, then refresh the Web interface, as the following:

The default user name: admin The default password: admin

Please input the above username and password, click “Sure”. 2. Parameter Settings After entering the Web page,there are four elections on the left side of the page , operation and parameter Settings are as follows:

2.1 Video Video preview can preview real-time image of hd network ptz camera, there was a row of function keys at the bottom of the picture below:

(1) Can choose in the current images showed the main stream or the resolution of the time stream.

(2) Can choose network transmission protocol, TCP protocol by default.

(3) Can choose to open and stop the video.

(4) Sound on and sound off .

(5) Can choose to open and close the microphone.

(6) Can choose to open and close the video,right-clicking choose the path

of the video store in the video window before open the video,then click to ,it means start video.

2.2 User Setting There has eight sub items,as follow:

1.Video Settings: (1) Video Standard:PAL / NTSC adjustable. (2) Video Parameter:The QOS function used in CBR (static rate) .The Frame Rate Priority /Quality Priority adjustable. (3) Main Stream:Setting the stream mode,bit rate control,frame rate and bit rate. (4) Sub Stream:Setting the stream mode,bit rate control,frame rate and bit rate. (5) OSD:Setting the time marker and video info. (6) RTP Packet:Setting the size of video RTP packet . Modifying the above parameters, click “Confirm” button,this shows you have set successfully. 2.Motion detection:

3.Alarm Settings:

(1) Can choose to open and close the alarm function, (2) Duration time,trigger events,trigger action adjustable. 4.Recording :

5.SD Card: Setting the enter configuration, view, formatting of SD card.

6.E-mail Setting:

7.User Management: Increasing some delete operation to the modifying of user.

8.Pan Settings:

(1)Device Type:According to the current device's configuration choice corresponding types, such as ball camera ,zoom camera; (2)Baud Rate ,Protocol and ID must be the same with the ball camera of setting; (3)Preset No. of Menu:Used to invoke the hd integration movement (support only have the function of movement) of the OSD menu preset command, the default is 59. 2.3 System There has eight sub items,as follow: 1.Network:

2.4 PTZ / Menu Control Can realize the control of the ball camera, calls to menu, the preset point set and call functions, such as the details are as follows:

(1) This is a PTZ direction control key,and it can control the camera left and right sides, turning up and down.The speed value has 1-8 file adjustable.

(2) Control Zoom and focus of camera.

(3) Clicking to the middle "M" button to bring up the OSD menu.By "up, down, left, right" button to set menu.

(4) Setting the preset position,click to ,can be choose the preset number and then

click to .

NOTE: The frame without any tips when you click to these icons, but really have operation is successful.
