Volunteers needed from one or two providers who have

care staff that fall under the following work pattern: Travel regularly from workplace to workplace (e.g. a care

worker may visit 2 or 3 different locations each day) They spend over 5 hours of the day away from home They do not receive any meal allowance from their

employer They drive their own vehicles but are unlikely to receive

any mileage allowance for this work Ideally they are employed under a permanent contract of

employment albeit this may be different (e.g. zero hours)

Can you help?

• The more workers who fit into this profile then the greater the potential savings would be. So the larger the provider the better the output will be.

• Would need access to gross hourly pay rates for each worker

• An understanding of typical shift patterns which can normally be derived from a timesheet system.
