Lesah served 23 years as a career coach at the Haas School of Business (retired 2018) and is the President of SkillScan assessments, a suite of online (Drive and Express) and print transferable skills assessments, (Advance Pack 2.0).
She earned an M.S. in Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.
