Point 7.11 mentions that final winner will be the lowest cost among technically shortlisted bidders. However, this is in variance with point 7.5 where bank is looking for both “technically qualitative and commercially effective” solutions.

We request the bank to clarify if the final bidder will be selected based on “techno-commercial” score among the technically shortlisted vendors. So that if one bid scores 95 points vs another 75 points, the bank will benefit with 95 point bidder even if it is marginally costlier.

It has been clearly indicated that the Bank is looking for a minimum level of technical quality which would be decided during technical evaluation, post which it would be purely commercial evaluation.

2 7.11

All modules should be part of a single product or customization will be fine for any modules?

Modules can be from different products, but required functionality needs to be provided by way of customisation and integration among these modules.

projects can change from time to time. Hence, Bank requires a configurable solution so that if there is any change in the workflow post implementation, the same can be handled through configuration. Also, each project type may have a different workflow depending on the project parameters like scope, time, cost, quality, risk etc.

4 Annex01_FR_PMS_1.3

1. What are the expected applications with which EPMS is expected to be integrated? 2. What integration interface is expected to be showcased during demo?

The EPMS solution proposed by the SI might have products from multiple OEMS, these would be integrated by the SI. During demo showcasing the above ability is expected. Apart from this, EPMS solution (all modules within the solution), should be integrated with the Active Directory or/and HRMS system to manage access control for the users. Apart from this, the solution shall be integrated with the Internal HR system and HR Performance Management System.
