513 N. Strata Via Way, Boise Listed for $1,195,000 on March 2, 2012. This listing was for only 67 days at
this price, but it had been listed before for an additional 339 days prior to this listing. They received an offer
on May 8, 2012. It closed for $1,015,500 on June 19, 2012. This house is a two-story with a basement
design, built in 2004. It has six bedrooms, six and one-half baths, 7,160 square feet and a 4-car garage. It
sets on a .79 acre lot.
1801 Harrison Blvd., Boise Listed for $1,250,000 on June 6, 2011. The asking price was reduced over time
to $1,195,000. They received an offer on April 10, 2012. It closed for $1,000,000 on June 11, 2012. Located
on one of Boise’s most famous streets. This house is a two-story with basement design, originally built in
1940. It has three bedrooms, four and one-half baths, 5,526 square feet and a 3-car garage. It sets on a .22
acre lot.
1353 W. Overlake Court, Eagle Listed for $1,495,000 on January 20, 2012. The asking price was reduced,
over time, to $1,050,000. Seller got multiple offers. They received an offer on March 27, 2012. It closed for
$1,050,000 on May 10, 2012. This house is a two-story design with five bedrooms, six baths, 8,501 square

2280 Bluestem Lane, Boise Listed for $1,950,000 on March 14, 2012. The asking price was reduced, over
time, to $1,475,000, and was listed as a short sale. They received multiple offers once they dropped to the
new price. It closed for $1,450,000 on July 31, 2012. This house is a two-story with basement colonial design
with five bedrooms, eight baths, 8,492 square feet and a 7-car garage. Home sat right on the Boise River and
Greenbelt. It sets on a 1.01 acre lot. This home had amazing features like a garage elevator and materials
not typically seen in Idaho. Seller had many items shipped in from all over the world.
Million Dollar Plus Luxury Home Sales in 2012 | Boise Market
3316 W. Crescent Rim, Boise. Originally listed for $3,500,000 several years ago as luxury new
construction home by Jayo Construction. The asking price was reduced, over time, to $2,200,000. They
received an offer on July 5, 2012. It closed for $1,900,000 on August 14, 2012. This house sets on .38 acre
lot perched on the rim above Kathryn Albertson Park. It has views of downtown Boise and the parks
below. It was built in 2008 and was sold as new-never been lived in. It has four bedrooms, five and one-half
baths, 7,027 square feet, a 4-car garage, a swimming pool, and a built-in hot tub. The views and amenities of
this home where some of the finest we had seen in Boise.
4204 N. Hackberry Way, Boise. Listed for $1,280,000 on June 21, 2012. They received an offer on August
26, 2012. It closed for $1,100,000 on September 28, 2012. This house is a single story with a basement
design with seven bedrooms, five and one-half baths, 6,403 square feet and a 3-car garage. It sets on a .35
acre lot. Hackberry Way is localed in the Boise Footlhills and is known for it’s amazing views and desirable
close in location to the North End and Downtown Boise.
851 W. Front St. #1702, Boise. Listed for $1,499,900 on October 24, 2010. The price was reduced, over
time, to $1,359,000. They received an offer on September 21, 2012. It closed for $1,010,250 on October 5,
2012. This condominium in The Aspen Lofts is a two-story unit with two bedrooms, two and one-half baths,
2,340 square feet and a 2-car space in the parking garage.
