The Idaho Interactive Court Forms Project A collaborative project between the Idaho

Supreme Court & Idaho Legal Aid Services to develop interactive court forms for self-represented litigants using HotDocs, A2J Author, and the NPADO project.

What we have completed to date… Conversion of 144 court forms to HotDocs templates Authoring of 21 A2J guided interviews Authoring of 3 Spanish A2J guided interviews, which

link to 17 of the HotDocs templates/court forms

Partnership with the Idaho Courts Standard Forms Committee

Quarterly meetings

Major players & Oversight Committee Monthly meetings

Reviewing interviews Monthly in-person meetings, via email as needed

Partnership with Court Assistance Offices Semi-annual trainings, email updates & correspondence

Links to interactive forms on the court’s website May-December 2006, ILAS received over 23,000 website visits

pertaining to the interactive court forms… Approximately 15,000 visits were routed from the court’s website.
