All sponsors and exhibitors are requested to pay their fees to ISWIM. The spon-sors are asked to pay by March 31 2016 and exhibitors by June 30 2016.The invoice will be sent as soon as the letter of agreement has been signed.In the case of withdrawal from sponsorship or exhibiting, a 50% refund will bereturned before 31 May 2016. After that date, no refunds are available, unless theconference is cancelled by decision or default of ISWIM. In such case, the fullamount will be refunded with the exception of a $1,000 administrative and webadvertisement fee.

All fees in BrazilianReals R$ are onlyfor Brazilian.

Regular Co-sponsoringISWIM will provide to the co-sponsor:• a 10 m² booth in the ICWIM7 exhibition for 3 days (November 7-9),• one free registration at the conference for one delegate, • one free registration at the conference dinner,• co-sponsorship public acknowledgment during the conference,• the co-sponsor logo displayed in the conference brochures, proceedings andwebsite.• the regular co-sponsoring amount of 5,000 US $ (no VAT), on which 10 % dis-count will be applied for the companies registered as ISWIM members in 2015

A 10 % discount will be applied on the sponsorship fees for the companies regis-tered as ISWIM members in 2015.

Major Co-sponsoringISWIM will provide to the co-sponsor:• a 15 m² booth in the ICWIM 7 exhibition for 3 days (November 7-9), • three free registrations at the conference for three delegates,• three free registrations at the conference dinner, • the co-sponsor logo displayed on the cover or opening page of the confe-rence brochures, proceedings and website, • the permission for the co-sponsor to display one self-standing banner, provi-ded by itself, max size 1 x 0.5 m, in the conference room or near the registra-tion desk, • a 5 minutes slot during the conference dinner or a session to briefly presentits organization,• co-sponsorship public acknowledgment during the conference,• the right to include a 2-pages (A4) leaflet of the organization/company, provi-ded by itself, in the set of documents given to the delegates.

ExhibitorsISWIM will provide to the exhibitor:• a booth in the exhibition for 3 days (November 7-9),• the booth of 15 m²/10 m² (large/standard booth), will contain lighting, electri-city supply, two seats, a table and a cupboard,• the exhibitor name and address will be put in the exhibitor list printed in theproceedings and on the web site.

Notice:the exhibition booths will be allocated on a first comes first served basis. An exhi-bition map will be provided to the sponsors and exhibitors.

For the sponsors, the sooner the subscription, the longer the exposure on theconference web site and brochure.
