Download all your RMRx Application Track records and reports to save for your files.

Stop adding employees and course assignments in RMRx. Note: If you have employees set up in RMRx's Training Track, we’re copying them to Safety OnDemand for you prior to rollout!

Have all employees currently assigned RMRx courses, complete by June 26.

Or, cancel the course and assign it once Safety OnDemand becomes available.

Downloading Records & Reports

1. To download records, login to myResource: myResource.icwgroup.com

2. Open ‘RMRx Safety Advisor’ (option is in the left menu).

3. Click on ‘Applications’ in the top menu, then select the relevant Track. (For example, ‘Job Descriptions Track’.)

4. Follow the steps to download the information. (For example, in the Job Descriptions Track, click on the little ‘Download cloud’ to the right of the job title.)

5. For some of the Tracks, such as Incident Track, you can ‘Export’ to download an Excel spreadsheet.

6. Also in several Tracks, such as COI, Incident and Training Tracks, there are several reports you can create and save for your records.

7. For help with any of these options, click on the Help option. Or, contact us – we’re happy to assist you!

Q: Where do I find Safety OnDemand?Safety OnDemand is available in myResource. Simply login as usual. Once Safety OnDemand rolls out, you’ll see the link for it on the left menu.

Q: When is the final day RMRx will be available?Say so long to RMRx on June 26!

Q: Will Safety OnDemand have the same application tracks as RMRx?Safety OnDemand replaces the Training Track with a full, award winning learning management system and a larger safety library. Other tracks, such as Audit Track, BBS Track, COI Track, Incident Track, Job Description Track, and SDS Track, are not included in Safety OnDemand.

Q: Does Safety OnDemand have the same course I had set up in RMRx?It might! Although some courses are named differently, most of them are included. In fact, there’s even more! See the previous pages for the equivalent list.

Q: I had all my employees up in RMRx as learners – what now?We’ve copied all of the learners you had set up in RMRx a week prior to RMRx going away. Once Safety OnDemand is available, you’ll find your employee list in this new system, allowing you to immediately assign courses. Of course, you’ll also be able to change this list as needed!
