ICTs are powerful teaching tools and their potentials are not being exploited by teachers (Seymour Papert 1993) Researches indicate the positive effects of ICT in teaching- learning such as increased participation in discussions; enhanced awareness of issues and events; positive motivation to come to classes, etc.
