Monitoring using 1. SMS (Short Messaging System) or Text using mobile phones including SMS software solution.

2. Online Survey (Monkey survey, PollDaddy, Pro-profs, Google Docs Forms)

Google DocsJust click the Create button and choose Forms to open up a form builder where you’ll set up your form, add some design and of course – the questions. The results are collected into a spreadsheet where you can get even more information if you’re good with data mining.

JotFormJotForm is a nicely designed WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) form editor. With it you can create beautiful forms, modify fonts and colors of the poll elements and even enable file uploads if you need them. Once completed, you’ll get a URL to your poll which can then be sent to your audience.

3. Online workflow system like Microsoft Sharepoint or its GPL counterpart Alfresco.

Alfresco is Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software based on open source platform build for Windows, Linux and number of UNIX based operating systems. Alfresco is one of most powerful and flexible ECM software available in the market for free or at much lower cost compared to Microsoft SharePoint.

4. Social Media poll or survey (Facebook, TwtPoll)

TwtPollTwtPoll is highly integrated with Twitter, so Twitter users will be able to leave comments as well as log in with their Twitter account. Once you create a poll, you’ll be given the option to publish a free poll which will hold up to 400 votes, or you can choose one of the paying options to get even more options.

Facebook QuestionsFacebook with its Questions which were introduced a while back. You can create a simple poll and let other users add their answers as well. Combine this with the ability to comment on the poll and share it with your friends and you’ve got a potential viral hit, not to mention the amount of data you might get using Facebook Questions.

Evaluation using ICT Tool like

1. SPSS of IBM or GPL license PSPP (Isnt it an opposite of SPSS?)

GNU PSPP is a program for statistical analysis of sampled data. It is a Free replacement for the proprietary program SPSS, and appears very similar to it with a few exceptions.

The most important of these exceptions are, that there are no “time bombs”; your copy of PSPP will not “expire” or deliberately stop working in the future. Neither are there any artificial limits on the number of cases or variables which you can use. There are no additional packages to purchase in order to get “advanced” functions; all functionality that PSPP currently supports is in the core package.

PSPP is a stable and reliable application. It can perform descriptive statistics, T-tests, anova, linear and logistic regression, cluster analysis, reliability and factor analysis, non-parametric tests and more. Its backend is designed to perform its analyses as fast as possible, regardless of the size of the input data. You can use PSPP with its graphical interface or the more traditional syntax.

2. Formula based advance features of spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc, using pivot table and data import from databases from above monitoring tools, evaluation can be a lot easier.
