Bulvar Yaşam ve AlışverişMerkezi is an urban renewal project, which is carried out along with the restoration of an old tobacco factory that was established in 1897. Due to its location right in the middle of Samsun's main shopping streets, Bulvar Samsun is a crucial asset for the city's social life. Since Bulvar Samsun is designed as an extension of Mecidiye and Gazi shopping streets, it addresses the extensive retail demand and thus enriches the value of the surrounding area. The project has brought national and international brands to Samsun and has introduced anew perspective to the city. Bulvar Samsun is the new meeting place and the heart of the city centre; with its restaurants and cafés around the courtyard, a retail street, offices, shops and anchor stores. The architecture of the project enables theshopping centre to integrate into the texture of the city with a modern approach.
