An international pension education program designed for Board members, C-suite executives, and senior-level communications specialists to explore best practices in member engagement together. ICPM, with support from UMIO|Maastricht University, the executive education department of the School of Business and Economics, have developed the unique program in response to pension leaders’ increasing awareness of the importance of strategic communications. Recent research found that framing – whereby words and not content of communications are adjusted – can double response rates.
