Vodafone’s family of icons had grown into a heterogenous accumulation of styles over the last generations. We developed a contemporary and recognizable new style for three different platforms (Android, iOS, Windows).

COLOR PALETTE

Vodafone is about connecting people and to be open for everyone. Their visual design has to be linked to this identity.

Vodafone Android icons use the Material Design of Android icons. The icons are simple, friendly and communicate the core idea. Shadows of layered surfaces add a tactile physical quality to the world of pixels.

The color scheme, with the brand’s bright red color in the focus, completely represents Vodafone.

THE BIG FAMILY.Unity in diversity

We created icons for 3 different platforms, respecting the different platform design languages.

Vodafone iOS and Windows icons are based on the general silhouette of the Android versions. The icons are placed monochromatic onto the Vodafone Red background and use negative space to seperate elements.
