Cambodia’s commitments aspire to increase: attendance at ante-natal clinics to 90% proportion of deliveries assisted by a skilled birth attendant to 70% proportion of women with access to Emergency Obstetric Care (EmOC) services to 50% “EVERY WOMAN, EVERY CHILD” : A MIDWIFERY PERSPECTIVE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE MIDWIFE 2013 We reviewed all government commitments in support of the “Every Woman, Every Child” campaign and identified action statements along the continuum of care through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum/postnatal period.
