A limited number of staff works during night time catering to

international geographies. The Cooling load is very low and fixed

speed chiller does not work below 30% loading.

Hence this area was segregated and separate standalone inverter

cassette type ac was provided.

This resulted in better cooling and enhanced customer

satisfaction. As Indian holidays do not match with international

holidays, this arrangement was a big energy saver on such days.

Check for Recent Activity

During night hours we used to run only required AHU’s as per

occupancy. This practice was working well for one year

however suddenly we started getting complaints. The

investigation revealed that during PMS activity the chilled

water actuator valve of AHU was connected wrongly.

Permanent Magnet Motors for AHUs

Due to space constraints its not possible to install EC blowers

on ceiling suspended AHUs hence we plan to install

Permanent Magnet Motors for AHUs wherein 50% AHU

energy can be saved.

Solar Water Heater

As there are high rise buildings in the vicinity its not feasible

to install Roof Top solar plant. However we plan to install solar

water heater for Hot water.
