Original recipe

• 1 3 oz box instant vanilla pudding• 2 cups sugar• 1 12 fl oz can evaporated milk• ½ gal whole milk

• Makes 16 1 cup servings

Directions

• Add liquid ingredients to ice cream maker metal cylinder

• Add dry ingredients and stir until blended• Put in dasher and lid• Place metal cylinder in plastic bucket• Add ice and salt• Plug in motor and let it mix until motor stops

• 85 g vanilla pudding• 473 mL sugar• 355 mL evaporated milk• 1892 mL Whole milk

• 3 oz x 1 lb x 454 g = 85 g16oz 1lb
